If you are still not placing a new order, you can change the place of delivery at the following two stages of the ordering process:
Store Select Page: On this page, where you get to choose the store from which you want to shop, you have the option to modify the delivery address. Ensure that you enter the correct address here, as it will be used for your order's delivery.
Checkout Page: This is the page where you input all your delivery information, including the address. If you need to make any adjustments to the delivery address, you can do so on this page before confirming your order.
Changing the delivery address on an ongoing order that is already in progress is no longer possible. Our logistics and delivery processes are optimized for efficiency, and once your order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Minor address adjustments, such as correcting the house or unit number or adding additional landmarks for better transportation, can be accommodated for minimal address updates. Please bear in mind that major adjustments, such as relocating the entire area or building, may not be possible.
Area Coverage Limitation: Please keep in mind that if the new address is beyond the delivery area for the store you originally chose, we will be unable to fulfill your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery services to addresses outside of the store's service location.
