What will I do if I received a damaged item/s?
We are sorry to learn that this happened. With MetroMart, this is certainly not the kind of service we aim to provide.
If you encounter this issue, we kindly request that you report your concerns as soon as possible. For fresh, frozen, and perishable items, please notify us within 3 hours of receiving your order. For non-fresh items, we kindly ask that you report any concerns within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
What information do I need to provide with MetroMart?
You will be asked for details of your order like Job Order number, specific item/s and your registered account details.
For damaged item/s you will be asked to submit a photo as part of our investigation.
What will MetroMart do about my report?
Once we receive your report, MetroMart will promptly contact you to conduct a further assessment of the incident. You can anticipate receiving an update regarding the resolution of your report through the original platform you used to reach out to us. Please note that each of these concerns is carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
