Since you may have received an order from another customer, you will be asked for details of your order (The job Order you received and your actual Job Order number, and registered account details).

Once we receive your report, MetroMart will promptly contact you to conduct a further assessment of the incident. You can anticipate receiving an update regarding the resolution of your report through the original platform you used to reach out to us.
