What will I do if I received the wrong item/s?

If you encounter these issues, we kindly request that you report your concerns as soon as possible. For fresh, frozen, and perishable items, please notify us within 3 hours of receiving your order. For non-fresh items, we kindly ask that you report any concerns within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
What information do I need to provide with MetroMart?
You will be asked for details of your order (Job Order, registered account details, and details of your order like the photo of the incorrect item you received and the details of the item you've purchased)
What will MetroMart do about my report?
Once we receive your report, MetroMart will promptly contact you to conduct a further assessment of the incident. You can anticipate receiving an update regarding the resolution of your report through the original platform you used to reach out to us. Please note that each of these concerns is carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
