If your order is still not received but is already tagged as delivered, you will be asked for details of your order (Job Order number and registered account details).

Once we receive your report, MetroMart will promptly contact you to conduct further assessment of the incident. You can anticipate receiving an update regarding the resolution of your report through the original platform you used to reach out to us. Please note that each of these concerns is carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
