What should I do if I find that I have a missing item/s on my order?
Please check the app to see whether the missing item(s) have been purchased or are out of stock. You should also review the tape receipt that will be given to you during delivery. If it is verified that an item was purchased and you did not get it, you may proceed to submit a ticket or chat with us.
What information do I need to provide with MetroMart?
You will be asked for details of your order (Job Order, registered account details, and the specific missing item/s).
What will MetroMart do about my report?
Once we receive your report, MetroMart will promptly contact you to conduct a further assessment of the incident. You can anticipate receiving an update regarding the resolution of your report through the original platform you used to reach out to us. Please note that each of these concerns is carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
